Standby Rehearsal Studio
Accessible and affordable rehearsal space
Standby is the perfect rehearsal space. A large and airy acoustically-treated studio with high quality equipment, it’s a great practice studio solution for musicians, DJs and singers. Suitable for live recording and live streaming, through our free Wifi. With the addition of onsite storage facilities, it makes the ideal rehearsal studio space.

Built in 1871, Burnedge Mill had fallen into a state of severe disrepair when Ronnie Hackworth, a musician, and his wife Karen bought it back in 2019. Since then, they have lovingly transformed the old building to create Standby Rehearsal Studio. The cost effective rehearsal studio space.
